1 Introduction

Welcome to Epiwon. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and Epiwon ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://epiwon.cam and all associated content, features, tools and services made available through it.

Epiwon is an English-language online betting information platform serving Pakistani users. We provide transparent odds guides, game information, responsible gambling resources and plain-English explanations of betting terms across sports betting, live casino and slots categories. The Platform does not operate a physical office in Pakistan and does not claim local licensing or endorsement from any Pakistani governmental authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, esports event or any other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or other incentive awarded to a User, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, odds data, game information, guides, software and other material available on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, domain names, patents, copyrights, design rights, database rights and other proprietary rights associated with Epiwon.
• "Platform" means the Epiwon website at https://epiwon.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions and associated applications.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region or territory in which participation in online gambling is unlawful or where Epiwon's services are explicitly restricted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a User must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations before withdrawals are processed.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Epiwon, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to you.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any affiliated service.
5. You must register using accurate, complete and truthful personal information. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration details is grounds for immediate Account termination.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or in the interests of, any third party when placing bets or conducting transactions on the Platform.

Epiwon reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds therein being forfeited.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. This information must be accurate and kept current. You may update your personal details by contacting our support team at [email protected].

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Epiwon immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Epiwon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Epiwon will never contact you to request your password via email, phone, live chat or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from Epiwon and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, Epiwon will require Users to complete a KYC identity verification process. Acceptable documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address dated within three months. Epiwon reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the Epiwon Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of any Content, odds data or information without prior written consent from Epiwon is strictly prohibited.
• You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scrapers or any software that places undue load on the Platform's infrastructure or extracts data without authorisation.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or connected systems.
• You agree not to upload, transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive or that infringes the rights of any third party.
• You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Access to certain features may be restricted based on your geographic location. Use of VPN services or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Epiwon are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type. These rules are displayed on the relevant betting or game page. General principles include:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the User. Epiwon reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error, pricing error or suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Epiwon reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake for any individual User or market at its discretion without notice.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical failure, pricing error or where the result cannot be determined. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the User's Account Balance.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, including during natural breaks in play, when key events occur (e.g., wicket falls in a PSL match or a red card in football), or where the Platform determines a suspension is necessary to maintain integrity. Bets placed before market suspension are honoured at the accepted odds.

6.5 Payout Calculations

Winnings are calculated by multiplying the accepted stake by the accepted decimal odds and subtracting the original stake. For example, a PKR 1,000 stake at odds of 2.50 returns PKR 2,500 gross, with a net profit of PKR 1,500. All amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Epiwon offers various promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page.

• Each promotion is available to eligible Users only, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the User's Account in the form of bonus balance, which is separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet requirements within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Epiwon reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of notice on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, exploitation of pricing errors, hedging across accounts or systematic withdrawal of bonus funds — will result in account suspension and recovery of any resulting winnings.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

8 Deposits & Withdrawals

8.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and available payment methods are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. Epiwon references familiar Pakistani payment names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as local contextual references only — we do not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or confirmed processing availability from any of these providers. Players are responsible for verifying payment method availability before initiating a deposit.

Epiwon does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed following satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Epiwon targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within five (5) business days, though actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's own timelines.

Epiwon reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above PKR 25,000 or where unusual account activity is identified. Such reviews may extend standard processing timelines. Users will be notified of any delay via their registered email address.

8.3 Currency

All transactions, balances and displayed amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where applicable. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the User.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Epiwon Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any Account Balance:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or in collusion with third parties.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated fashion.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Epiwon cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all such investigations.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.

10 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Epiwon Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Epiwon or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from Epiwon.

The Epiwon name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of Epiwon. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Epiwon.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epiwon, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Content.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, goodwill or business opportunity;
• Technical failures, service interruptions or Platform downtime;
• Errors in odds, pricing or game results caused by technical malfunction;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision you make in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Epiwon's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Epiwon

Epiwon reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirement, or where continued operation of the Account would present a legal or reputational risk to the Platform.

In the event of Account closure for breach, Epiwon may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If fraud or breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is established, the verified Balance will be returned to the User via their nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Termination by User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any outstanding withdrawal requests processed in the normal course. Voluntary account closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to Epiwon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Epiwon does not represent that the Platform or its Content is appropriate or available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other Pakistani legislation relating to gambling is the sole responsibility of the User to understand and comply with.

14 Amendments

Epiwon reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the date on which updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it before placing any significant bet.
